Throughout her career as a social worker Bev has been passionately drawn to the area of parent education. Upon graduating with a social work degree from the University of Regina she has gained experience in the profession as a front line worker, program coordinator and instructor all the while maintaining that supporting parents happens in many forms and anywhere.

Bev currently works with Family Service Saskatoon as Provincial Coordinator with Parenting Education Saskatchewan; with Great Plains College training and evaluating post secondary students in the Youth Care Program; with the University of Saskatchewan Extension Division as a tutor and as the Key Point Person for Saskatoon with Roots of Empathy.

She is a confirmed fabric and button addict spending much of her spare time sewing and creating. She loves the outdoors, enjoys a cup of good coffee and a great book. Bev especially enjoys her two adult sons, Drew and Jake and all the adventures they have to offer.
