New e-Valuation Site launching March 1, 2012

Users of FRP Canada’s online evaluation system for family resource programs will notice a number of exciting changes this spring. Based on extensive consultation with users, the e-Valuation system has been updated and expanded.

First, you will notice that the website has been revamped to make it much easier to navigate.

Second, you will find that the survey has been expanded to include questions in new program areas.

Third, you will discover that the survey is now customizable. Programs can choose from a list of survey components to build their own version of the survey. Programs will also be able to define up to four questions of their own.

Lastly, you will find a number of additional refinements including: an expanded rating scale (from 5 points to 8 points), additional demographics questions, and updated reports.

If you have paper copies of the old questionnaire, please discard them. The old version will not align with the new online survey.

If you have been using translated copies of the survey, you will need a copy of the new version for translation purposes. Contact David Bennett at for a reference copy of the new survey or if you have any other questions concerning the updated e-Valuation system.
